We have an open position

Odysseia-in is a boutique travel company that believes there is a future for high-quality adventure and specialized tourism in Bulgaria—one built on nature, traditions, and people.

We are looking for someone who can organize and communicate their tasks effectively and who enjoys working in a team. Previous office experience and a good command of English would be considered an advantage.

The responsibilities of the position include:

  • Making reservations with hotels, mountain lodges, and guesthouses, as well as preparing documentation for upcoming trips.

  • Researching, negotiating, and communicating with service providers of various kinds: hoteliers, restaurateurs, museums, transport companies, and others.

  • Working with financial documents and company software.

  • Business meetings and possible business travel.

The person we are looking for:

  • Has excellent command of Bulgarian and additionally speaks English and/or another foreign language.

  • Has experience working with people—knows the secret recipe for successful negotiations and building trust.

  • Is energetic, ambitious, and proactive—doesn’t wait for things to happen, but makes them happen.

  • Can act as a bridge between ideas, people, and actions.

  • Has an interest in topics such as responsible business and lifestyle. Expert knowledge is not required, but genuine engagement with the subject is.

  • Has basic skills in MS Office and is comfortable working with spreadsheets and contracts.

What the company offers:

  • A small team that approaches tourism and the future of people with responsibility.

  • An environment where ideas are not only heard, but also implemented.

  • Dynamic work that is never boring (and yes, there will be moments for laughter, coffee, and wine), offering opportunities for travel and personal development.

  • Flexible working arrangements.

  • A cozy office and the option to work from home outside the high season (summer).

  • Fair and responsible remuneration.

If you see yourself in our offer, please send us your CV and a short text that showcases your style by February 28, 2026 to reservations@odysseia-in.com.
